Executive Sourcing Recruiter
You will be based in one of our European offices as part of a global partner-level recruiting team. You will develop talent strategies as a member of the partner sourcing team. You will collaborate with colleagues in professional development, the election committee, and partner case managers.
You will play a key role in driving our partner-level hiring and have the opportunity to partner directly with senior leadership to shape and execute our strategy for senior talent acquisition.
You will have the opportunity to support the hiring of external partner talent and work with leadership to drive this agenda.
In this role, you will develop talent management strategies and quickly build trust-based relationships with internal clients, understand their talent needs, and ensure diverse profiles are a priority in their hiring aspirations. You will ensure priority and sponsorship requirements are met by a cell before any sourcing activities or candidate discussions kick off. Your role responsibilities will include developing profiles, and specifications and owning the outreach strategies to find and attract diverse talent. You will plan, coordinate and drive hiring activities.
You will lead a best-in-class external partner sourcing approach, turning profile requirements into effective sourcing strategies. You will determine the appropriate sourcing strategy for validated needs, using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing and referrals approach to attract and develop candidate interest. You will serve as an expert to shape candidate messaging based on deep knowledge of the overall hiring need and strategy. You will engage key internal stakeholders in the cultivation process where needed (e.g., identifying and activating referrals within their partners’ networks, determining which candidates to move forward within the process).
You will lead a distinctive interview process on behalf of the firm to ensure that external partner hires to meet our strategic talent needs and our partner election and success requirements. You will work with key stakeholders to set appropriate assessment strategies and interviewers. You will serve as an independent thought partner with key stakeholders to ensure candidate viability, counsel on best practices, and push back where needed to ensure adherence to them. You will serve as key contact for meeting candidate’s needs, helping them understand their role and path at the firm (e.g., expectations of a partner), including setting clear expectations about the hiring, selection, and onboarding/integration process and gathering all relevant candidate information (e.g., CV, employment contract, etc.).
You will regularly provide consistent reporting to leadership on pipelines and progress against our goals. In short, you will be the subject matter expert for the EU market at the partner level, developing and sharing best practices on senior-level diversity and direct elect (partner) sourcing processes.
You’ll have a great opportunity to participate in recruiting-related projects to set best practices around diversity hiring at the top level (e.g., performance metrics) and work to identify and recommend improvement opportunities ensuring gender diverse recruiting remains a leadership agenda item. You will collaborate with your fellow partner-level recruiters and coach and support the global partner recruiting team with a DEI lens on their projects as well as lean in on broader searches as necessary.
