Your mission
As a Krauthammer consultant, you have two main responsibilities. You are responsible for the acquisition of new clients and projects in training, coaching and change management as well as for the entire sales process from the first contact to contract negotiation and conclusion. Your other main responsibility is to work on the development and expansion of long-term client relationships, carrying out training and coaching, leading workshops and project coordination for your international training/change assignments.
About you

To become a Next Generation Consultant you have at least five years working experience, you are a highly entrepreneurial consultative commercial person with a proven commercial track record and you are familiar with working for and interacting with CXO level.

If you have proven practical (work) experience during and/or after studies, showing initiative, entrepreneurship and eagerness this job allows you to build this work experience over the coming three years as a stepping-stone to become a Next Generation Consultant.
