We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join our FP&A Global Consolidation & Reporting team. This FP&A Senior Analyst is a key role in the business reporting to the Finance Manager of Global Consolidation & Reporting to deliver excellent financial support & insight to the wider business. The successful candidate will enjoy building relationships across the business and looking at ways to improve the current FP&A reporting processes. This individual will be expected to deliver high quality, relevant, timely and accurate financial and non-financial information to enable key decision making to help drive the business forward.

Responsibilities

  • In the quarterly Guidance, annual Budget and annual LTM processes, support the Manager of Global CR Finance Consolidation & Reporting with:
  • Preparation of presentations to Global senior management
  • Consolidation of Revenue forecasts including commentary from Regional CR Finance and xScale FP&A
  • Prepare and distribute the Global CR Finance timelines for these processes
  • Tracking of and reporting on progress during each of these processes
  • Support Manager with monthly and quarterly reporting. More specifically:
  • WD10 Revenue and Bookings report for Global CRO leadership
  • Preparation of monthly Global CR Finance flux and flash reporting to corporate FP&A and CRO leadership
  • Consolidation of Revenue commentary from Regional CR Finance teams and xScale FP&A
  • Partner and build strong relationships with multiple Finance and Business stakeholders to get required inputs, solve problems and improve the processes described above
  • Global normalization Template (Revenue)
  • Global Ad-hoc analyses support

Competences

  • Bachelor's degree (Finance or Accounting) with 3-5 years relevant experience in FP&A.
  • Proven management reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting experience in a multinational environment.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills with the ability to engage with senior business leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Tableau & Power BI experience an advantage.
  • Exercise judgment based on the financial analysis using multiple sources of information.
  • Experienced user of financial systems, Oracle, Hyperion, database, or other reporting tools.
  • Organized, strategically focused, detail oriented, self-starter. Able to deal with ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Enthusiastic with a passion to learn.
