We're looking for an analytical and commercially minded Business Analyst to join our team in Amsterdam.

As a Business Analyst, you will be accountable for business reporting and analysis, growth tooling, process creation, and optimization.

You will work closely with our Commercial, Growth and Product teams on delivering visibility across the entire customer journey and developing and optimizing end-to-end business processes towards driving predictable user acquisition and retention.

You will work in a high-growth environment where every day brings new challenges and new opportunities. You will be a part of the Growth team and work closely together with multiple departments to ensure processes are optimized so we can help our patients and healthcare professionals in the best way possible.

Our ideal candidate has a combination of intelligence, experience, confidence, natural curiosity, and a strong work ethic.

This role is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Growth/Commercial mindset. Understand key performance drivers of the business and identify areas of improvement/optimization to deliver sustainable growth - this would encompass growth generating ideas as well as churn and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Reporting & Analysis. You will be the point of contact for the CEO and leadership team regarding reporting & analysis (including KPI and performance reporting) and provide insights and recommendations based on data and analyses. You will identify our operational and infrastructure bottlenecks and provide each department with the insights to improve their workflow. You will enable myTomorrows to maximize potential by driving full-funnel accountability through the alignment of the Growth, Commercial, and Operations teams.
  • Database Setup & Quality. Partner with the Commercial, Growth, and Product teams to identify data gaps and ensure data collection to evaluate business performance (global and department-specific). Partner with the Engineering team to ensure that our database is clean and up to date.

Secondary responsibilities: areas in which you will be involved (for more experienced hires) or grow into for better fulfillment of primary responsibilities.

  • Process Creation & Optimization (Automation): Partner with the commercial, growth and product teams to evaluate and simplify processes through automation. Facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes & tools within the organization to minimize admin time for individual contributors.
  • Growth Analysis (translate insights into customer journey optimizations): You will analyze the entire customer journey funnel and provide each department with the data and process to realize optimal customer engagement and highlight areas hindering that experience so it can be addressed. You will work at an individual level with the Growth, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs, our BDRs) and Medical Operations to predict pipeline shortfalls and find solutions.
  • CRM and Technology: Take ownership of systems and integrations such as Dynamics 365 CRM, Power BI and help refine our internally developed system (PN interface) to deliver insights and results. Analyze the need for and implement new tools to measure and optimize our business performance.
