Our Customer Support Team is at the forefront of creating a successful customer experience, something we at LexisNexis find very important.

What you will do as a customer support representative?

  • Managing customer queries by phone, email, and chat
  • Keep your product knowledge up to date so you can handle questions that vary from service requests, to product usability, suggestions and complaints
  • Gather and share customer feedback to the wider organisation, feeding back leads to the team

Experience and Skills you need?

  • Educational level HBO or similar
  • 3-5 years of client facing experience, ideally in a customer support position
  • Bilingual in Dutch on a C1-C2 level, and German or French on at least B1-B2 level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with a willingness to collaborate to achieve crucial objectives.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes
  • Typically follows prescribed guidelines or procedures to resolve problems
  • Curious about everything, willing to ask questions and challenge the status quo to provide better customer and business outcomes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to prioritise and multitask
  • Enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire others and our customers
