Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

You will be our operating specialist in the field of Salesforce, joining our CRM team of highly motivated specialists. You will be responsible for managing the Sale Cloud and Marketing Cloud platforms and enabling us to fully leverage its capabilities. Working closely with our Commercial and Tech teams, you will ensure the platform is well functioning by providing ongoing maintenance and training and support for our key users. Keeping in mind our goal that we optimise all marketing, sales and operational initiatives through the Salesforce platform's.

As this is a new and exciting role working on a newly implemented platform, you will be given the opportunity to work on an overarching basis and expand our Salesforce capabilities where you see opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Consult with the team on how to use sales & marketing cloud at an expert level
  • Account configuration and ongoing support and maintenance: Lead for support and ticket resolution, manage user roles and permissions
  • Customize the application environment & train new users to grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization, including best practices, processes, training materials and documentation to ensure accuracy and quality of programs
  • Perform regular system audits to ensure functionality and fix issues
  • Research for new Salesforce technical releases and work with business on utilizing them
  • Support in the generation of complex reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine technical tasks
  • Support in launching of complex use cases within Marketing Cloud (Support in the technical connections or workshops)
  • Work closely with IT to ensure teams have the correct data flows for use cases
  • Support in partnership between MEWS/ Salesforce and how we improve our data model
  • Support business teams and vendors on data clean-up and GDPR compliance topics

Who You Are

  • You have 3+ years of hands-on experience within a Salesforce operating role
  • You have a background in Product Management or software solutions or similar
  • You’re Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales & Service Cloud certified
  • Strong developing skills (HTML & AMPscript code and API experience)
  • You have knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CCPA
  • Knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.
  • You have an aptitude for growth & problem-solving
  • You’re a team player with a can-do attitude, great communication skills, a strong sense of commitment, troubleshooting skills and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced global environment.
  • You’re legally allowed to work in the Netherlands.
