What you’ll be doing:

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team! The number one goal in this position is to make sure our internal office automation and beyond run smoothly and also to support the organization. As part of the IT team as IT support engineer, you’ll ensure all devices are successfully set up for high stability and performance. You’ll be the first point of contact for our users for their IT issues, questions and requests.

  • Ensure new employees have a smooth onboarding experience by delivering their IT equipment and educating them on their tools.
  • Help the organization to solve IT related issues and errors while delivering the best-in-class customer service experience.
  • Partner up with the rest of the IT team to improve automation tools, processes and systems.

What you'll need:

  • Experience working in IT supporting functions where you have proven to be the go-to person for all “IT stuff”.
  • 2-3 years experienced as an IT support engineer/analyst.
  • You have excellent knowledge of Windows Operating System and Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, Onedrive).
  • Handling both software and hardware queries.
  • Juggling different balls at the same time is not a problem, you can remain focused working on projects, and also deliver on the day-to-day tasks. You like developing in a role where there is no typical day, and you love it this way.
  • You’re creative with your ideas, curious, honest and you dare to be bold even if it means that you make mistakes - you quickly learn from them, so they’re not repeated.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Knowledge of MacOS is a plus.
  • Knowledge of networking/architecture is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Jira/Confluence is plus.
  • Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
