As our Manager Customer Experience you are going to develop, improve and advice the internal organization through the eyes of the customer. You are representing the customer within the internal organization. You are responsible for the overall customer journey and a consistent customer experience. With your team, you will make sure that there is a customer-focussed attitude and culture within all layers of the organization, from logistics to customer service.

You will

  • Draft and develop a customer experience (CX) strategy together with relevant stakeholders
  • Make it fit seamlessly with vidaXL’s strategic goals
  • Design and maintain a branded Customer Journey based on the CX strategy
  • Secure Customer Journey working in agile transformation
  • Ensuring the execution of the customer experience strategy and realizing the to-be Customer Journey
  • Proactively organize outside-in thinking within the organization
  • Lead a small team of CX professionals who guide and facilitate departments to deliver the wanted customer experience
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders involved in the customer journey, such as marketing, products, logistics, finance, customer service and sales.
