At a glance

For our G-Pex team we are looking for a multi-talented IT Developer who is willing to work on multiple systems. Predominately we work with SAP SuccesFactors. The modules that are in scope for our team are Employee Central and Compensation. Also a big part of our work is inbound and outbound integrations with our integration centre inside SuccesFactors, and usage of CPI. This integration capability is definitely a must-have for our team.

Next to that we manage ADP Streamline & Global View. Next to these specific applications also generic IT knowledge in regard to networking, SSO, Security etc. is definitely a big plus. Because we have a total of 35 applications residing within our administration sometimes work pops-up that is not SAP/ADP related.

The current phase we are in with the team requires a lot of business as usual activities and so called KLO (keeping the lights on). This is because the Dutch population of our workforce will be migrated to Employee Central by a dedicated implementation team. This restrains our capacity in regard to big changes as a team. However, there will still be some interesting work coming to our team, and impact analyses to be done together with this implementation team because currently we do maintain the international population within Employee Central.

Your job

  • To execute Impact analyses for the Employee Central implementation team .
  • To successfully adjust SAP CPI integrations.
  • To Successfully adjust Integration Centre integrations .
  • To implement Compensation Module improvements.
  • To execute Generic IT hygiene activities like certificate renewal, SSO changes, troubleshooting network errors etc.
  • To be Able to end-to-end manage a change together with ADP or troubleshoot occurring issues.
