You will be based in either Amsterdam, Paris, Madrid, London, Munich or Cologne as part of our European experienced professional hub dedicated to providing the highest level of client and candidate service. We also support relocation within Europe.

You will partner with the McKinsey Digital leadership locally and across Europe to scope out requirements, interact with candidates, consulting with them on a potential career move and leverage the expertise and support of an established experienced professional team dedicated to providing the highest level of client and candidate service.

You will help identify, assess and attract talent for McKinsey Digital.

In this role, you will co-design the hiring strategy and approaches across different service lines and you will help identify, assess and attract talent for the (senior) consultant and manager-level roles. You’ll work hand in hand with candidates and internal clients guiding them through our process. You will create effective sourcing strategies and optimize recruiting resources to identify and recruit the best candidates.

You will also be responsible for leading and executing talent attraction initiatives. You will be involved in and be responsible for broader value-add projects improving our recruiting operations locally and regionally. As a subject matter expert, you will develop and share best practices and work with other recruiters to coordinate ongoing activities and organise candidate attraction events.

There is flexibility to hire across different seniority levels depending on candidate experience.


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a 360 role focused on experienced talent hiring, ideally within management consulting and/or technology sector
  • Advanced direct sourcing skills
  • Flexible and innovative in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-sensitive environment
  • Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English; fluency in local language is a strong plus
