WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will be based in one of our U.S. or Europe offices. You will be part of the Guild Learning team working with McKinsey Digital which already powers 60% of our client service. You will lead execution across the globe in collaboration with leaders and teams within Learning, Talent, Guild, and Practice leadership.

You will shape and drive the learning strategy for our global community of technical experts consisting of over 5,500 guild members across one or several areas of expertise including Agile, Data Science, Data Engineering, Service & Product Design, Product Build, Software Cyber Cloud Engineering & Architecture, and TechOps. The Guild Learning team supports keeping their deep technical skills on the cutting edge.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will design, curate, and deliver a rich portfolio of learning offerings as well as credentialing & certification initiatives alongside the broader McKinsey Digital learning team, firm learning colleagues, and an extensive list of external partners. This includes in-person programs, self-paced digital learning assets, distance learning sessions, and tools for just-in-time learning.

You will help define and assess the overall impact of learning efforts via robust analytics tracking, measurement, and reporting. You will also craft and lead the change management around our portfolio of guild learning in alignment with the latest talent strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree, master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in talent management, capability building, learning and development or technology management; many of these years at a manager level or above
• Robust skills as an experienced manager/team leader level
• Expertise in (or strong evidence of passion for) learning/capability building
• Experience with digital or tech-enabled work (data science and software engineering)
• Experience operating in global diverse teams preferred
• Understanding of change management strategy and navigating diverse set of stakeholders
