Our Orderchamp Success Internship is designed to bring together highly qualified, ambitious and motivated students with diverse backgrounds, to work on projects and tasks linked to strategic growth and vision of the Customer Operations team at Orderchamp. The main goal is to give successful candidates the opportunity to improve their communication skills, relationship management, analytical and technical skills in an international environment.

Internship Program

This internship is rotational and highly focused on skills development.

You’ll be part of the Customer Operations team and do rotational projects and tasks in 4 sub-teams: Success, Onboarding, Support and Tech Support. You will spend a few weeks in each of the teams.

Our teams are based in 3 offices (Amsterdam, Ibiza, Valencia), so you will do cross-functional, impactful work with colleagues from different offices & covering different tasks, with the goal to prepare you for a career in customer operations. You will learn about the customer’s journey & how to manage B2B customer relationships, onboarding customers in 1:1 demo sessions, providing a stellar customer experience on various channels, brand performance management and technical integrations setup.

Your internship will end with a project presentation to our founders & leadership team on a subject you select yourself, such as: “Increasing Customer Satisfaction” or “Rethinking Performance Management Metrics” or “Innovating the Onboarding process for better outcomes” or any other subject linked to the 4 teams you will be rotating through during your internship.
