WHAT YOU’LL BE IN CHARGE OF

We deliver value to customers by understanding the needs of our customers, users and sales channels and by delivering Customer Value Propositions (CVP) to our customers. We build and manage customer value propositions which incorporate our products, services and channels into solutions which can be easily and effectively communicated and sold to our customers. Each Proposition is delivered as a defined bundle of products and services.

Within the Marketing team the Proposition Manager evolves the value proposition and drives continuous value for our customers, while focusing on growing our customer base and happiness of our current customers. You have a solid understanding of how to tune in to the needs of consumers who buy or lease their first or second electric vehicle and translate those needs into well designed and simple propositions that maximise customer lifetime value and loyalty.

THIS IS HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • Lead customer insights development working with data analytics and customer insights research to fully understand the drivers of customer value and build a CLV measure to develop customer value segmentation and strategies.
  • Develop deep domain expertise on Home and On the Go: understanding the latest market developments, trends and competitive landscape.
  • Develop domain vision and CVP roadmap based on customer insights: feed Product Management with goals and requirements for the development of the Product & Service portfolio to deliver the CVPs.
  • Challenge product and technical stakeholders to bring in the needs of the customer.
  • Develop the go-to-market plan for new CVPs, including but not limited to the business case, business model, bundling, pricing, positioning and geographical roll out.
  • Closely manage the relationship with internal stakeholders, such as other Marketing team members, Product, Sales, Customer Service and Finance to successfully bring new CVPs to market and improve existing CVP’s.
  • Actively monitor customer satisfaction and financial performance of your domain and lead initiatives to improve this.

THIS IS WHO YOU ARE

  • Strong experience in a commercial role and the ability to build commercially focussed and insight-driven propositions (Design thinking, CVP, CX) and business cases.
  • Proven ability to relentlessly think from the customer perspective and have an outside-in approach.
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing or Technology.
  • Pragmatic, self starting, and excellent communicator on all levels.
  • Goal oriented, structured and getting things done mentality.
  • Ability to present complex information and ideas with clarity, to build understanding and support, in order to get buy in and prioritisation to deliver.
  • Helicopter view of the end to end interdependencies, and is comfortable deep diving on business and technical topics.
