As our Frontend developer

You assume responsibility for all frontend development endeavours. Given our transition from a scale-up to a product-led organisation, this calls for your React, Typescript as well as Redux skills to maximise your impact.

Do you like high coding standards, work on production systems, document and cover with tests? In scope. New product development? All yours, too. As is passionately promoting your vision to a diverse range of stakeholders, from product managers, BI analysts, Backenders, QA engineers or UI/UX-ers to colleagues in the AI data team.

Quin's future growth would not be possible without your skill and dedication, and this pays off with a sense of 'moral satisfaction'. This is because we are a purpose-driven organisation, and every line of your code ultimately makes health care more straightforward, personal, and future-proof.

Our Patient Journey is continuously improving and we have divided our patient journey platform into 5 domains. Your projects wil focus on one or more of these domains;

- Patient Guidance with complaint information and self-care tooling

- Care Provider Content and Support with diagnosis, indication and planning features

- Diagnose Follow-up where we offer specific pathways for treatment guidance and chronically ill patients

- Care Provider Workflow where GPs and specialists can get automated workflows

- Communication and connection tools like direct messaging, picture sharing and remote consultation

A purpose worth investing in! Of note: at Quin, pioneering is the name of the game. Nothing is set in stone yet, so conceptual prowess and a forward-thinking mindset are welcome. As Frontend developer, you report to our Chapter Lead Vlad and work in tandem, where you can always tap into the insights of your peers: around 20 people who’ve been around the frontend chapter and will gladly help you out.

How do you make us better?

If you are a frontend developer with good experience working with:

  • React.js, TypeScript, Redux, HTML and CSS
  • Writing unit tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Enzyme, Cypress, Detox, Storybook ) and knows how to test different aspects of our stack, like redux reducer, hooks, React components;
  • Understanding of different programming concepts and principles
  • Setting up CI/CD ( GitLab) and last, but not least:

You feel comfortable learning, sharing, and gaining a different set of skills. And you are not overwhelmed when colleagues challenge the status quo and make suggestions. You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
