Practice Area Profile
What You'll Do
As a Senior Product Owner at BCG Platinion working on some of the most interesting business challenges across industries you will be responsible for leading teams to deliver useful and desirable products.
You will need to build a deep understanding of the existing client business to help with product definition, feature prioritization and roadmap definition for multiple delivery phases.
You will be required to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (strategy consultants, data scientists, designers, engineers, architects and fellow BCGers) to create, deliver and strategize compelling visions for our clients.
You will lead ideation and brainstorming workshops with clients and internal teams to devise creative and disruptive solutions. You will work closely with strategic designers, experience designers and human scientists to take insights from consumer research and uncover personas, understand pain points, and build end to end customer journeys.
You will help implementing prototypes to validate innovation values, including defining project scope, requirements, KPIs and success metrics.
You will assist in defining an actionable roadmap for the client to execute themselves or up to MVP collaboratively with BCG.
You will work with teams in building a range of products & services that could include responsive digital apps, APIs and data solutions to drive digital transformation projects.
You will be responsible for implementing Agile principles and methodology while assisting in the management of the relationships with key stakeholders, engineering teams, design teams and potential third parties.
You will assist the testing process and help presenting prototypes and demos.
Though much of your role will be focused on technology products, you will also be involved service change, process change and development of new customer experiences. You will need to confidently communicate with project stakeholders and internal teams in order to be successful.
