We're looking for an Internal Communications Intern to join our team. You will be part of the Corporate Communications team, reporting to the Communications Manager. You will work independently, think strategically and you will be able to work on improvements to the employee journey.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Create content to activate, increase efficiency and engage our colleagues around our ambitious plans;
  • Develop a deep understanding of current and future needs of our stakeholders;
  • Improve and support in setting-up our content strategy & channel mix;
  • Create content for our varied channel mix and make sure they stay up-to-date;
  • Support in ad-hoc requests;
  • Develop and distribute campaigns around internal company programmes and initiatives;
  • Establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather news and recommend the most appropriate responses;
  • Help organize events and conferences;
  • Work alongside the internal and external stakeholders to launch and announce key partnerships and initiatives and to gather news;
  • Support the development of corporate messaging across divisions and countries around key issues.

  • Awareness and understanding of different stakeholder groups and their communications needs;
  • Good communication, time and project management skills;

  • Able to multi-task and prioritize;
  • Enthusiastic team player;

  • The ability to work under time pressure;
  • Interested in the automotive and online industries;
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Dutch is a plus.
