We are currently offering 2 intern places for this position.

Location: Amsterdam (at least 2 days at the office)

Type: Internship – can provide thesis support

Length: 6 months (with option to extend for 3 months)

Time: 32-40 hours/week

Expected Start Date: 1st of September, 2022

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Learn everything about marketing content creation, dealing with cross-functional marketing processes, while operating in a multi-cultural environment. You will be helping senior content producers with creating great product content and international advertising campaigns. You will be working for several Philips Domestic Appliances categories such as Kitchen Appliances, Home Care, Garment Care and Coffee.

You are responsible for

  • Assisting senior content managers in the creation of photo and video content, to support new product launches or updates to existing portfolios.
  • Assisting senior content managers in the creation of global 360 advertising campaigns, including TV, YT, FB, Instagram, TikTok content and more.
  • Briefing and working with agencies and production companies to create content, attend shoots and manage quality, timelines, budget, and final delivery.
  • Managing user rights and buyouts of talents and music.
  • Aligning internally with multiple stakeholders, such as product managers, digital activation teams and markets.
  • Supporting the global content creation team in general, for example by research on competitor campaigns or creative trends.

You are a part of

The global Brand, Creation and Planning team, which consists of specialists in marketing creation, production, project management and content deployment, covering end-to-end 360 content creation. We are a multicultural team with a great vibe and an open and supportive mindset.

We would like to welcome you at our head office in Amsterdam on average 3 days a week (minimum 2 days), the other days can be done from home.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Currently studying towards your Bachelor or Master in: Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Media Management, Design or Advertising.
  • Have a pro-active mindset and strong social skills
  • Have excellent English communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Able to prioritize and run multiple assignments or projects at the same time
  • Profound user in PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (for example Photoshop) is not required, but an additional benefit

In return, we offer you

You will experience the end-to-end creation of global 360 content and campaigns, covering all phases of the marketing creation process, giving you insight in how global marketing campaigns are designed, created and activated.
