Tasks:

Budgeting Cycle

  • Plan monthly/quarterly/yearly channel budget, forecasts and LE´s
  • Monitor adherence and compliance with all related policies and procedures
  • Validate business case analyses and forecasts

Analysis and Reporting

  • Deliver monthly/quarterly/yearly closings in close cooperation with GCC and business teams
  • Review actual results and key variances against budget for Sales NL
  • Perform budget/forecast and financial analysis for revenue and expenses (operating and capital)
  • Prepare management reporting on key metrics and variances
  • Recommend action plans to improve performance to Management Team NL and BU BBP team
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, AB InBev standards, policies and procedures
  • Support revenue management initiatives

Supervising

  • Manage and coach the supporting off-shore teams in the GCC (India)
  • Providing regular updates to the team – verbal and written - of all relevant BBP department matters, in accordance with pre-planned timescales
  • Keeping Commercial Finance Manager NL informed of day-to-day BBP department matters on an ‘as needed’ basis

Other

  • Deliver on special finance projects and Excellence programs (FEP & SEP)
  • Identify and ensure implementation of process and system enhancements to continuously improve operations
  • Support other team members in case of work overload in other processes
  • Recognize and communicate potential issues/risks in the team
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Commercial Finance Manager NL

About the candidate:

Profile

Education

  • University degree in Economics, Finance and related field required
  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English

Experience

  • 0-2 year experience in Finance area or related fields
  • Experience in people management is a plus
  • Experience in working in an ERP environment is a plus
  • Experience in working in a multi-national environment is a plus
