An internship at our Recruitment Department is the ideal opportunity to experience the full recruitment cycle. If your keen mind has always responded to challenges, you won't be bored here. The learning curve is steep but something to rise to. Remember, you're not on your own. The HR team is here to support you.
What we're looking for
Personality is the key to success. A great recruiter has the ability to listen, engage, organize and think on his or her feet. Sounds like you? Learn what we're looking for, and jump on board.
Your qualifications:
Connecting with people comes naturally to you. You have outstanding people and organizational skills. You are passionate and have an eye for excellence.
You have broad interests and love to discover new things, and can demonstrate recent experience in event organization.
Teamwork is important to you. You gain energy from the people around you and are able to give this energy back.
Last but not least: You have a bachelor's degree, are fluent in both Dutch and English, and are available for a period of four months.
