Role Overview:

Reporting to the Principal in Client Services, this role provides support for all aspects of marketing and business development, with a particular focus on supporting our marketing information and data. The role has the potential to develop according to the skills and interests of the successful candidate..

Main Responsibilities:

  • Processing data to uncover useful insights to help answer wider business performance questions
  • Help to ensure that the data held in CRM remains up-to- date and is recorded and used in compliance with GDPR and other data protection laws
  • Responsible for regular data cleansing programme to ensure integrity of data is maintained
  • Liaising with people at all levels within the business, to deal with general database enquiries and encourage better use of the system
  • Produce reports and internal communications to help the BD team communicate with the wider business (including a weekly BD Update)
  • Produce client/prospect research from CRM and other sources as needed to support marketing and sales campaigns
  • Assist with operational activity which may involve a variety of tasks ranging from document updates in word, PowerPoint, excel, website & intranet and research for strategy development
  • Support the Events Executive on an ad-hoc basis, particularly in the management of attendee lists

The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:

  • Experienced in working with a CRM database and processing data to uncover useful insights preferably within a professional services firm
  • Passionate about delivering excellent client service, both within the team and to the firm’s clients, with a keen instinct for where they can best support others and add value
  • Detail focussed, and obsessive about data quality and process
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence and ability to work with all levels of seniority
  • Possess strong organisation and administration skills, ensuring prioritisation of tasks when working under pressure and to deadlines
  • A good team player who, with support from the senior team members, also demonstrates a commitment to continuous self-development
