Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Implement critical projects related to either reduce the current DEFOA rate or improve the current operational process.

You are responsible for

  • Managing and leading projects related to DEFOA reduction or improvement of the DEFOA operational process (E.g. IT Tooling, Returns process, credit process)
  • Managing a project team in a functional/business/market axis
  • Reporting progress to PMO lead and Program Manager
  • Developing project charter, project management plan and executing upon it
  • Manage project budget and progress
  • Applying project management methodologies to ensure project is delivered according to plan
  • Collaborating with improvement or functional teams to reduce DEFOA (e.g. Customer Service, SCM, Operations, Business Transformation, Q&R)

You are a part of

Health systems Commercial Supply Chain organization responsible for exceeding order fulfillment expectations, enabling the delivery of the health continuum to our customers and consumers, as well as driving operational excellence.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor / Master student in Project Management, SCM or Business Administration
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PMBOK)
  • Preferable with experience in a multinational company/environment
  • Strong Excel and MS project skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Self-driven, Eager to learn and to challenge status quo
  • Available as soon as possible
