Small business owners and ZZPers are the heartbeat of the Netherlands. We are looking for a Segment Marketing Lead SOHO who will be the voice of this segment in VodafoneZiggo. You will lead the team that creates and markets propositions to support small businesses in being competitive by adopting and using future proof and digital solutions. SOHO customers expect a business treatment. Our SOHO Cluster is one of the biggest teams in B2B Marketing and is focused fully on creating a premium offering to support enterpreneurs in running a better business. You are not only on top of changes and needs in the B2B space, but also understand the consumer environment.

You are a commercial marketeer that is obsessed with human behaviour and how data can be used to influence that. You position services & products into customer-centric propositions and manage the full acquisition and retention funnel and the channel mix. You give strategic direction whilst managing changes and input from key stakeholders. Furthermore you have:

  • Experience in managing numerous stakeholders across various business units and external service providers
  • Commercial understanding and ability to translate KPI's into actionable plans & priorities
  • Understanding of CX and Brand targets like NPS & Recognition and how to influence that with effective campaigning or programs
  • Proven track record in managing eCommerce priorities and digital marketing
  • Ability to lead numerous teams that do not report directly into you (strong ability to influence)
