Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Security Operations Coordinator to join our security team based in Chiswick Park, London. This is an excellent entry level position into the security sector, combining data analysis and coordination and working for the world’s leading medical and travel security assistance company.

This role is a full-time internship lasting 1-year with the possibility of extending into a permanent contract.

Job purpose:

  • Provide data analysis to support strategic planning and progress tracking for the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) RSC, to measure and maximise security operations and security solutions resource utilisation; identify cost efficiencies and contribute to the improvement of service delivery;
  • Support the EMEA Regional Security Centre (RSC) with support to project management, delivery and coordination of key initiatives and other administrative tasks as required

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and consolidate regional operational and sales support activity/ performance data (case activity, case management effort, reporting activity, reporting effort, quality metrics, resourcing information, sales support activity related metrics)
  • Design user-friendly management dashboard that integrates all key data for the use of Regional Security Director, Security Director-Operations and Security Director, Security Solutions; design user-friendly dashboard with key data for Regional Security Managers (combining multiple sources of information, spreadsheets, systems etc. for regional and central management to attain a comprehsnsive overview of activity, resourcing and key performance indicators)
  • Support region specific analysis and translation of the data on key performance indicators; provide granular insights as and when required
  • Support in the trend and data analysis of commercial support within the EMEA region and develop best practice procedures as part of the wider commercial agenda
  • Fulfil the role of project administrator, supporting in the delivery and coordination of key initiatives and global roll-outs, particulary with regard to change management programmes (support planning, set and track milestones, follow-up and report on progress, coordinate with relevant stakeholders etc.)
  • Support in the development of business cases as required.
  • Provide administrative support to Security Director- Security Solutions and VP EMEA, including, but not limited to, travel, calendars, event planning.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Advanced Excel – pivot tables, pivot charts, complex formulas
  • Understanding database connections
  • Analytical skills (both in technical sense and as a ‘soft skill’)
  • Knowledge of project management (e.g. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)
