JOB MISSION

An exciting opportunity to join L'Oréal UK & Ireland’s corporate affairs team, gaining experience across different areas of communications, with a particular focus on Internal Communications. Reporting directly to the Head of Internal Communications, this high-profile and busy role plays an integral part in enhancing and maintaining L'Oréal’s corporate reputation in the UK and Ireland. RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE

  • Manage the editorial content and delivery of a weekly staff e-newsletter
  • Support the delivery of employee communication through a range of channels
  • Develop content for owned channels
  • Support internal and external launches and events
  • Desk top research, analysis reports
  • Maintain relevant contact lists, manage subscriptions
  • Ad hoc admin and projects
  • Any other duties as required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Communications, English, History or Media degree
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Digitally savvy, with experience creating and curating content
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, able to prioritise and organise workload, deal with multiple demands, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a meticulous eye for detail
  • Ability to apply tact and discretion in the handling of sensitive material and confidential information
  • Strong interest in news and current affairs
  • No more than one year’s work experience since graduation
