Korn Ferry Products Group is the pre-eminent provider of data, analytics and insight products to enable clients to recruit, assess, develop, engage and reward talent. These products can be deployed manually throughout the ‘employee lifecycle’, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits and employee development. It is about high quality, standardised and online products that enable HR professionals and line managers to support HR processes and further professionalise them.
The Products Group team consists of enthusiastic colleagues including Account Managers, Analysts, Business Developers, Technical Consultants, and Customer Service Employees, who work together to sell high-quality HR products to new and existing customers and provide on-going, high-level support.
The Role
The Compensation & Benefits Analyst will become a specialist in reward analysis. Working in a team that deals with analyses of primary and secondary working conditions, the role holder will be the project leader for reward projects, responsible for interpreting and analysing calculations of reward data. In addition to reward projects, there will be further project work focusing on Talent and Insight. Findings will be presented in a report providing detailed analyses for our consultants, who can then advise our clients, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
