The Products Group team consists of enthusiastic colleagues including Account Managers, Analysts, Business Developers, Technical Consultants, and Customer Service Employees, who work together to sell high-quality HR products to new and existing customers and provide on-going, high-level support.

The Role

The Compensation & Benefits Analyst will become a specialist in reward analysis. Working in a team that deals with analyses of primary and secondary working conditions, the role holder will be the project leader for reward projects, responsible for interpreting and analysing calculations of reward data. In addition to reward projects, there will be further project work focusing on Talent and Insight. Findings will be presented in a report providing detailed analyses for our consultants, who can then advise our clients, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Project leader responsible for running concurrent projects across the areas of Reward, Talent and Insight.
  • Analysis of Primary and Secondary working conditions across different sectors but with a main focus on Consumer clients
  • Interpreting, analysing calculations of reward data
  • Compile detailed reports for Consultants to present to our clients
  • Deliver high quality work that meets and exceeds client expectations, and successful and timely delivery against project plans
  • Remain informed of key developments in the sector such as new legislations
  • Participating in product development, research planning and innovation

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree preferred
  • An affinity and keen interest in analysing data
  • Highly developed analytical ability and a good eye for detail
  • Strong numerical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • English and Dutch language skills
  • Proactive and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Methodical, curious and results-oriented
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, utilise internal resources/systems
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Proficient work experience within an analytical role
