Joining the Nestle HR team through our Graduate scheme, you may rotate through a number of roles including: HR Business Partner based in a factory or Head Office, specialist roles in our Centre of Expertise (Talent & Resourcing, Reward or Organisational Capability) and Operational placements in Recruitment or Employee Services. You’ll also gain exposure to some of the world’s biggest and best-known brands, and have many different opportunities to learn and develop the skills to start building a successful HR career.

What can you expect?

The Nestle HR Graduate scheme is a two-year accelerated programme, focused on supporting the development of well-rounded knowledge through exposure to HR in both commercial and manufacturing settings. From day one as an HR Graduate you will be given real responsibility through managing projects, implementing change and supporting our diverse business portfolio.

Throughout the Nestle Graduate programme you’ll have strong senior connections, including support from a dedicated graduate champion and opportunities to interact with our Nestlé Leadership Team.
