The salary for this position is from: € 2017,- to € 2882,- based on 36 hours/week.

Your impact as Management Assistant at NN Investment Partners

You will be supporting several departments in the Technology & Operations domain, reporting to the head of Data & Oversight. You will be one of four management assistants of Technology & Operations, with each their own area of responsibilities and you will be each other’s back up.

Your responsibilities

• Provide support to managers and team members
• Organise complex meetings, often with providers, and organise business trips
• Manage the agenda of 2-3 senior managers
• Back-up to other assistants

Who you are

• Pro-active team player with a hands-on mentality
• You enjoy a fast pace work environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• You are used to working independently and setting priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and in Dutch

Your colleagues

You will be one of four management assistants of Technology & Operations and will work closely with several departments in this domain.
