Do you want to be part of the grocery revolution? And do you want to make Picnic the safest supermarket there is? Picnic offers you the opportunity to work in an innovative start-up culture where everything you do matters. Many processes happen simultaneously across our operation. It's a growing and changing environment, with many people. From our hubs we bring groceries to many customers everyday, delivered by thousands of our famous Runners. With that many employees on the road comes a huge responsibility, that’s why we say: Safety First!
You work with Area Managers, Hub managers, Runners, Trainers to gain insights in the workflow and how people work. Together with the Building and Equipment team you will look into our infrastructure, machines and other tools used at our hubs.
This is the chance to take on real responsibility and manage unique projects. You use an analytical eye to examine the interaction between operational processes and people.
We expect interns to fit straight into a demanding atmosphere. You’ll be treated as a full-time employee and receive invaluable experience in a challenging environment. Your work will have a genuine impact on an evolving company. And with a foot in the door, you can create a solid platform to embark on a career.
