Your team:

Marketing support EAN by winning new business and growing existing partnerships. We do this by ensuring the key travel industry players know who EAN is, what EAN offers, how our offering is different from our competitors’ and by positioning EAN as a thought leader in the travel tech space.

Your role:

You will assist the Marketing team in implementing brand awareness and lead generation campaigns across all global markets. This will be accomplished through liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders to establish campaign aims and messaging, supporting content creation across online and offline channels and by using a suite of marketing automation and reporting tools to optimize campaign success.

Your responsibilities:

  • Conducting competitor and industry research to strengthen campaign targeting
  • Supporting social media, advertising and email campaign execution
  • Liaising with external content and design agencies, delivering creative briefs
  • Supporting business development activities at industry conferences through marketing collateral and swag
  • Monitoring digital channel performance, reporting on trends and growth opportunities to internal stakeholders
  • Working as a brand ambassador to deliver a unified brand experience to prospects and partners
  • Supporting the wider marketing team on projects as necessary

Your experience:

  • Studying a degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
  • Fluent written and spoken English essential. Additional languages preferred, but not a requirement
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Self-starter and results orientated, able to work independently
  • Ability to conceptualize business problems and solve them through data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
  • Willingness to learn new marketing software applications
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, HTML and marketing automation tools a plus
