Description & Requirements

We have an excellent opportunity available for an enthusiastic Bachelor/Master student who is interested in making a difference in Diversity- Inclusion & Belonging team at Kraft Heinz!

The position

The intern position will support the Diversity- Inclusion & Belonging Manager for the International Zone (spanning APAC- EMEA and LATAM) to further drive DI&B strategy & initiatives. The team works as a center of excellence for the entire zone- focused to embed our value: We Demand Diversity. This means we work with all business units and different departments to set the strategy- identify areas of focus or improvement- and manage the overall program.

Tasks throughout the internship could include:

  • Support in the development of the DI&B strategy and the execution of our programs.
  • Research and report on specific DI&B topics and best-practices.
  • Develop internal communication campaigns & events to create awareness and learning moments around DI&B topics.
  • Supporting Business Resource Groups – our internal employee networks.
  • Leverage our external DI&B partnerships to optimize our programs.

Qualifications:

Job requirements

  • You are enrolled at a European university during at least 50% of the duration of the internship.
  • You are nearing the end of your bachelor's degree or pursuing your master’s degree.
  • You have a natural empathic approach- and strong people skills.
  • You have good knowledge of the English language- both written and spoken.
  • NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship- or you are studying in the Netherlands).

Professional attributes

  • Communication skills: At Kraft Heinz you’ll easily be exposed to senior management- no matter your level. Therefore- it is important you have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical: You quickly grasp data and understand the logic behind arguments and instructions. Good statistical knowledge and skills are highly desirable.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and can deliver high volumes of work with consistent and high quality.
  • Ability to Simplify: We like to keep it simple. And to execute fast. Your ability to provide simple solutions for complex issues will be highly appreciated.
  • Project management skills: Time management has no secrets for you. You’re organized- structured and have a keen eye for attention to detail. You have proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ownership Skills: Think and act like the owners of our business- make tough choices- take responsibility- show initiative and treat every dollar as if it is our own. A self-starter mindset- with the ability to work independently when required- interpret and exercise professional judgment- and solve problems creatively
