After securing a successful funding round, winning awards such as the “Best Starter” and already more than 150 brands that have joined us in the first year, we are ready for the next step. With a fast-growing team of more than 60 ambitious, young entrepreneurs and a very experienced management team, we are growing steadily from start-up to scale-up. What is expected of you?
The Intern Performance Marketing will be working on one or several of our paid marketing channels (now 15, of which Google Shopping, paid social and affiliates are the most important) in all countries; currently the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. She/he has the analytical capacity to delve deeply into the data and at the same time the strategic qualities to define steps for improvements. The Intern Performance Marketing will be working in the Revenue Team and reports to the Performance Marketeer.

With complex customer journeys and a rapidly growing range of more than 30,000 products, it is a complex puzzle to determine the right combination of channels, campaigns, budget and message for each customer and each product. Together with her/his team, the Senior Performance Marketer sets up the right tests for this, runs projects, measures the results (ROAS, CLTV and CPO) and adjusts where necessary. All this from in-depth analyzes and data-driven insights to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the channels.
The Intern Performance Marketing works closely with colleagues in Product Marketing, Analytics and Tech. She/he also frequently interacts with external partners, for example when it comes to increasing performance on external sales channels.
NADUVI has already made considerable strides in performance marketing. The Intern Performance Marketing is therefore given the task to bring the performance from good to great. A challenging task that means the difference between 'having fun' and 'being smarter than the rest'; the difference between Premier League and Champions League.
