BACKGROUND
The Global Value Channel is second only to e-Commerce in growth and importance across our business. To achieve our channel ambition, it is critical that that we continue to deliver sustainable growth ahead of the rest of the business also with Action. Together with Lidl and Aldi, Action is one of the centralized customers within the Value Channel.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Within the Global Customer Development Organized Retail team, you will be at the center of where global CD strategy is created and will be responsible for delivering long term results which shape the trajectory of our business.
Our ambition is to support our local markets to deliver both internal & external incremental value by delivering Customer Development Future-Fit priorities through strategic partnership with our global customers.
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE?
WHO ARE YOU:
This is a high-profile management role with exposure across both Global and Local Customer Development teams (within Unilever) and carries the accountability of leading the commercial relationship with Action together with delivering sustainable growth for Unilever. The role requires a strong manager who has potential to grow. The person in this role will have a commercial / selling background, with strong customer management and negotiation skills.
Next to that it would be ideal if you have:
