In this role, you have the opportunity to
Gain expertise in implementing a Business Intelligence Module in a multi stakeholder environment and support Philips in improving insights in illness absence.
You are responsible for
• Improvement of measures to steer on illness absence
• Improvement of ease of access to statistical illness absence information
You are a part of
Dutch HR team on Health & Well-being, located at the High-Tech Campus in Eindhoven.
Depending the COVID19 situation, you will be supported to work from home. Given an improvement in this situation, the department manager will inform you when you can return working from our office located in Eindhoven.
