Intern Customer Expertise

Supersola wants to make solar energy accessible to everyone. We want to achieve this with our plug & play solar panel, a unique product that can be easily installed by customers themselves. Supersola is a fast-growing startup that started in the Netherlands and has now expanded to France.

You will be working within the marketing department. Here you will have a variety of tasks.

• You will improve our persona’s and do research about the customer.
• You will take care of our customers via email, chat and maybe phone.
• You will keep our customers and potential customers updated via our newsletter.
• Other ideas and tasks can be discussed during interviews. There is enough to learn and do!

We are looking for someone who is available 3-5 days a week, and who wants to become part of our small (but fast-growing), young and enthusiastic team.

What is required from you:

• A caring personality! We love our customers, so do you!
• Responsibility. You like having your own project!
• Fluent in French and excellent communication skills in English or Dutch
• Passion for sustainability
• Proactivity, there is enough to do, so if you like to pick up something we are not doing, please do!
• Positive attitude with an emphasis on self-motivation and quality of work
• Strong problem-solving skills
