About the Position

We have an opportunity available for an experienced Sales Manager National Accounts to make a difference at Kraft Heinz! The position lies within the Commercial Benelux Business Unit and is located in our Amsterdam office.

As Sales Manager- you will be working in a robust team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. The position reports into the Sales Director Foodservice. The main responsibility is to drive the business; ensure that the team has positive relationship management execution- acquires new clients and ensures new products listed with our customers. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within Foodservice team.

In brief- the sales manager is responsible for;

In brief- you will be responsible for;

  • Maintaining relationships and grow sales of the national accounts (approx. 50 clients).
  • Building and growing your team of three National Account Managers
  • Initiating commercial relationships with targeted new prospects and deliver excellent sales fundamentals performance.
  • Developing the Annual Operating Plan (annual agreements- pricing- new products & innovation listings- and campaign developments) and implement it for the assigned customer accounts.
  • Developing the Foodservice channel with Innovation and Trade Marketing activities and identify & execute opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Hard Skills and Capabilities

  • At least a completed bachelor degree in a relevant field
  • 6+ years demonstrated ability in a commercial role looking after (large) national accounts- preferably in Foodservice
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English is required to be successful in this position
  • Experience taking care of a large portfolio consisting of a variety of clients- ranging from large chains to smaller national clients.
  • Previous experience leading a team is an advantage
