Your Role

  • You accelerate and grow partners, focusing on large global system integrators, digital agencies and other players in the landscape of digital transformation
  • You collaborate with partners on outbound campaigns to build sales pipeline and together you develop sales proposals, quotations, and pricings
  • You evaluate the partner sales performance, recommend improvements, and create sales channel plans
  • You deliver customer presentations, attend sales meetings, and partner conferences
  • You assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and other promotional activities
  • You develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities
  • Besides managing the sales pipeline, forecasting monthly sales and identifying new business opportunities, you are up-to-date with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities
  • You work closely with Direct Sales, Marketing, and Delivery to maximize revenue for Testbirds

You Bring

  • At least 3 years of work experience in in recruiting and managing partners in the software, software service or software consulting industry
  • Proven success in establishing trustful channel partner relationships and acquiring renowned partners
  • You understand the complexities of working with medium and large partners, each with its own culture, challenges, and opportunities
  • An energetic and entrepreneurial personality and hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communication- and negotiation skills and the ability to inspire
  • Proficiency in English and another European language
