All about the role:

As our Courier Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our delivery fleet.

Your Main Responsibilities will be...

  • Answering questions and queries from couriers in The Netherlands, the UK, and perhaps others.
  • Providing information about work schedules, equipment and systems, among others.
  • Execution of administrative tasks such as employee data management and other HR documents.
  • Support Local Operations with equipment requests and other administrative tasks such as disciplinary actions and accidents/incidents.

Can you deliver...

  • Experience in a high volume support function, such as Customer Service.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory.
  • Affinity working with different online systems, including Google Sheets.
  • Familiar with high volume tasks and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Service mentality and a supportive approach towards all stakeholders.
  • An understanding of HR or experience in an HR-related position is a plus.
