Engineering in the world's largest food company is a challenging prospect, requiring the flexibility to master the different technologies and processes that we use throughout our factories.
On our structured 10 week Internship programme you will join a dedicated team in one of our factories, working with some of the world’s biggest and most-loved bands, with fantastic opportunities to learn, develop and progress.
What can you expect?
In order to meet demand for a 24-hour operation and deliver against tough supply chain and customer service targets, our engineers strive to ensure our assets operate with the high efficiencies we expect whilst ensuring safety and food quality. As an Engineering Intern, you’ll develop the ability to anticipate problems and take on challenges. During the programme, you will need to demonstrate a passion to understand our manufacturing processes, from detailed mechanical design through to the advanced process control required to make our products.
As a Nestle Intern you will be assigned a relevant project or set of objectives that you’ll work on under the leadership of your allocated line manager. You could be involved with helping to deliver business improvements around asset maintenance and reliability, or finding ways to reduce energy and waste within our operations.
