Find a job you love at one of the 5,000 employers on is a growing tech company on a mission to make it easier to find a job you love. To speed up our growth, we are looking for a growth marketer to help us grow our platform from hundreds of thousands to millions of users in the coming years. So, are you a growth marketer that has great analytical skills, knows how to appeal to millennials / Gen Z, knows about SEO and how to optimise conversion and funnels, and is looking to use them to help a fast growing scale-up? Then we’d love for you to apply.

Helping people land their dream job is something that excites us, but so does our amazing product and culture, full of (in all modesty) absolute gems like:

  • Passionate people and challenging projects to learn from.
  • Responsibility and autonomy, combined with frequent feedback from your colleagues, will allow you to keep developing yourself.
  • A great penthouse office in Rotterdam, with the freedom to work (fully) remotely post corona too.
  • Friday drinks and a lot of fun!

You will be...

  • Responsible for optimising our funnels and conversion across the board
  • Improving our SEO performance together with our SEO consultant and the rest of the team
  • Managing our online advertising efforts (SEA, social advertising, Google display)
  • Analysing relevant marketing data to improve our growth efforts in general
  • Keeping your eyes open for new channels for us to explore

Your experience

  • Great at analysing data and optimising funnels through experimentation (A/B testing)
  • Mapping and enhancing customer journeys
  • Running online advertising campaigns (SEA, social advertising, Google Display ads etc.)
  • Very comfortable with tooling such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Unbounce, Google and Facebook ad managers
  • Managing and optimising (multiple dedicated) product landing pages
  • Proven project management skills
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English

More about you

  • You have lots of affinity with branding, copywriting and advertising.
  • You have an ambitious, curious and go-getter attitude.
  • You think big, your solutions work at scale and you are results oriented.
  • Empathising with your audience is second nature to you, and UX is no foreign concept.
  • You have great analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
  • You have no problem being assertive, and like taking the lead in things and managing stakeholders.
  • You still love executing yourself too.
  • Flexible and communicative are your middle name(s).

Does this sound like you? And do you like what you’ve read about us? Then we’d absolutely love to meet you! Just send us a short message with what you bring to the (virtual) table and we’ll be in touch with you ASAP!

What I love about, is its versatility. We have a great mix of creative marketeers, a helpful support squad, typical Delft developers, and customer-oriented sales people. Everyone adds something, especially to the great atmosphere during Friday afternoon drinks (currently from home).

One of the reasons I love working here is the openness in the company. Whether you’re the new intern or a very experienced ‘Magneteer’, people are interested in your ideas and you actually get to work on them! And after the so-called 9 to 5, we host plenty of BBQ’s, quizzes and drinks with the team.
