OPPORTUNITY: COMMUNICATION & HR INTERNSHIP

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As our Communication & HR Intern you help grow our A-player teams by building our employer brand and execution of our people processes. You ‘live and breathe’ social media and develop attractive content about Openclaims as a great place to work. You choose the right channels and monitor/analyze all your (online) activities. Your creativity and determined, result-driven spirit ensure we are top of mind as an employer. Next to building our brand and filling our talent pipeline, you support in people processes (recruitment, onboarding, learning & development).

YOU…

  • are a student in the field of HRM, Communication or related (HBO/WO)
  • are eager to learn about all aspects of the Employee Journey: branding, campaigning, sourcing, selection, onboarding, learning
  • breath social media and have good communication skills in English & Dutch
  • are available for at least four consecutive months for a minimum of 3 days per week
  • are currently residing in the Netherlands
