The position for the role of Intern Recruitment at the Corporate Office is now available asap. In this role, you report to the Junior Recruiter of the Talent Acquisition Team and participate in recruitment activities for various roles across HEINEKEN.

Besides working on various recruitment related projects in different fields of interest (e.g. Employer Branding, Candidate Experience etc.), you also experience a close connection to the business; giving you the best overall experience of HR at a Corporate Office.

Your responsibilities

  • Support your supervisor in recruitment activities such as: coordinating interviews, preparation of offer documents, creation of job postings etc.
  • Conduct calls to candidates: verifying references, scheduling interviews
  • Be involved in process improvements, e.g. overall candidate experience
  • Assist in the screening, sourcing, and selection process
  • Participate in ad hoc projects, e.g. Employer Branding initiatives

Your working environment

This role is based at the Corporate Office in the center of Amsterdam. The HR Corporate Office department supports all employees in Amsterdam, and includes multiple HR Business Partners, legal advisors, a Reward specialist, and a Development specialist.

Your profile

You are a student at HBO- WO/Master level in a relevant field of study, such as HR, Psychology, organizational development, or business administration etc.

The ideal candidate also has/is:

  • Passionate about people and recruitment/organizational business and has knowledge on these topics
  • A pragmatic person with a can-do and hands-on mentality
  • The quality of being an analytical thinker and works accurately.
  • Flexibility in being able to prioritize tasks/projects, and is aware of stakeholder management
  • Interest in an International environment that is ad-hoc and is the hub of a multinational organization
  • Good communication skills: written, spoken and interpersonal
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English

Please note you have to be enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship. Applications without this will not be considered.
