CLEVR builds amazing apps for many customers. Customised applications that form the heart of customers' key processes. We want to grow, both nationally and internationally, and we want our customers to be able to trust our applications blindly, even in the event of changes. The latter involves a lot of work, and that is exactly where you will come in as a Application Support Engineer! Together with a close-knit team of colleagues and your eagerness to learn, you solve all 1st, 2nd and 3rd line issues in our Mendix applications!
About the job
As a Application Support Engineer, you will have an important and extremely varied role within CLEVR. You make sure that the apps developed by us run as smoothly as possible and help our customers and consultants with problems and malfunctions. This includes not only fixing bugs, but also adding minor functionalities, carrying out performance studies, health checks, you name it. Knowledge of Mendix and other technologies is extremely important, but we are also happy to train you in this!
Sometimes you will know fairly quickly what the solution to an issue is, but often you will have to think on your feet, ask searching questions to get to the heart of the problem and solve a complex puzzle. But that is not a problem for you - you dive into the application and keep searching until you find a solution!
Because we value the personal bond with our customers, you will also be the main contact for your own customer base, which you will gradually build up after the working-in period. So there is a lot of variety in the work and also for a wide range of customers in very different sectors!
