ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP:

During your internship, you shall work closely together with our HR, MarCom and Management team. You will be involved in recruiting new employees and interns and you shall learn the ins and outs of a recruitment process.

Your ideas will be certainly welcome, and you will get the chance to put your skills in practice.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting the hiring team in campaign planning and campaign execution;
  • Creating job descriptions together with other team members;
  • Creating job advertisement content for social media/newsletter/local newspapers/ university campuses, etc.;
  • Attracting, pre-screening and presenting qualified job candidates to the management team;
  • Assisting in interview planning, keep contact with the candidates, timely feedback;
  • Attend recruitment events;
  • Eventually: prepare contracts and official papers for signing.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Desired education/background: HBO/WO degree in Human Resource Management (preferably with a specialization in Recruitment) OR HBO/WO degree in Organizational Psychology.

Our ideal candidate also has the following characteristics:

  • Good communication skills (in English and/or Dutch);
  • Good knowledge of recruitment strategies and recruitment campaigns.
  • Previous experience with job advertising on major social media platforms is a pre.
