We are looking for a motivated PMO Intern to support the EMEA People Team in Amsterdam.

Are you a Bachelor or Master student and looking for your next big challenge? Then this six-month internship might be for you! Join our People Team in Amsterdam and work internationally with our teams across Europe, Middle-East, and Africa (EMEA).

As PMO intern your goal is to support the EMEA People Team in managing projects and tracking progress around a variety of topics, such as organization development, compensation and benefit, and other related HR policy optimizing. You will perform daily PMO operational support such as managing our stand ups, taking meeting notes, organizing internal knowledge and resources.You have a passion to quickly learn HR professional knowledge, project management knowledge, and deliver professional analysis reports.

Your Impact

  • Ensure projects are planned, organized, scheduled and executed for rapid cycle times (sprints) and optimal impact
  • You will support
  • With preparation and execution of work life integration and diversity events such as employee networking events (This will be done virtually while covid-19 restrictions remain in place)
  • On the roll out of FLEXWORK in EMEA
  • The Player Coach Program (our leadership acceleration program) with coordination of sessions, scheduling trainings/events and execution of special events (eg role plays with actors)
  • Internal communication efforts and take care of communication platforms such as intranet, Slack, ServiceNow etc.
  • General administrative tasks as they occur
  • You will communicate regularly and consistently with the extensive People Team to support alignment across the organization
  • You will assist in data validation in order to make data driven decisions

Your Experience

  • You are currently enrolled in an International Business, and/or HR Bachelor or Master Program or a related area of study
  • Fluency in English a must, any additional languages will be considered a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to translate conceptual thinking into actionable proposals
  • Focused on getting things done (action oriented)
  • Eager, curious and a quick learner
  • Structured, organized and excellent attention to detail
  • A can-do attitude and interest in taking initiative
  • Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality
  • Ability to juggle several tasks at once, to prioritize and manage your time
  • G Suite experience an advantage

NOTE: To be eligible for this position you must be registered as a student or hold a search year visa for the entire duration (approximately 6 months or longer) of this internship. Flexible start date August/September 2021.
