To continue the success story, Mambu is seeking to hire an enthusiastic Senior Financial Analyst to join the Group Planning & Reporting team.

You will be driving the consolidation of the forecasting and planning processes for the company, and own the end to end financial modelling. The Group Planning & Reporting team is part of the FP&A team. The FP&A team are trusted partners to the business that help inform and guide decision making. We are looking for a bright, goal oriented individual that will succeed in a fast-paced environment and thrive in building and improving processes that will allow the company to scale with growth.

Your role at Mambu:

  • Drive the consolidation of the forecasting and planning processes for the group
  • Own the end to end financial planning model
  • Partner proactively with Finance Business Partnering teams
  • Assist with monthly reporting & presentations to key stakeholders
  • Deliver ad hoc reporting & analysis
  • Contribute to various projects

What you’re bringing to the table:

  • 4 years+ experience in a planning & reporting role at an organisation with over 1000 FTEs
  • Third level degree and professional accounting accreditation (CIMA,ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, financial planning and budgeting
  • Excellent modelling skills (Excel/Google Sheets) with excellent data analysis skills
  • Team-player with the ability to work autonomously and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deliver results against timelines while managing multiple projects and prioritiesNot afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Fluent oral and written English communication skills
