As our Junior Content Specialist

You analyze the content requirements of new sales channels on which vidaXL is onboarding as a seller. You define the most suitable method for content creation. The Content Specialist is part of our integration team, which is part of our sales domain. We are looking for someone who has an e-commerce background and hands-on mentality.

What you’ll be doing

  • Conducts initial tests for content creation on each sales channel
  • Creates content feed requirements for each sales channel and communicates them to the content team
  • Provides training for the Content team on the specifics of each sales channel
  • Monitors the timely content creation on sales channels
  • Analyzes error reports and makes corrections to meet content requirements
  • Conducts mapping of categories and attributes
  • Identifies portfolio gaps and communicates them to the Content team and to management
  • Monitors the process of adding new products to all sales channels in the respective countries
  • Provides regular reporting on the listing status on new and existing sales channels
  • Identifies opportunities for content improvement and proposes them to the Account Management team

Must haves

  • Bachelor or university degree
  • You have e-commerce knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and manage your agenda
  • Good understanding of online content and its components
  • Very good communication and presentation skills

Nice to have

  • Marketplace experience will be considered as a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of data formats (XML / CSV / XLS)
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English, other EU languages will be considered a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of Shopify
