As a UX Designer, you create user-centered designs for our service management software. In other words: it’s your job to make our software as simple to use and intuitive as possible. Together with your team(s), you focus on a specific part of the software, creating interface and navigation designs. User research and usability are also important parts of your job.

In the meantime, you will be working from your very own home office. In TOPdesks’ open and informal work culture there’s a lot of room for personal and professional development. You will join the Customer Solutions team, meaning you will work with Partner Management, Technical Specialists and Customer Solutions. You will develop software solutions next to our standard product. You’ll also work together with roughly 15 other designers across our branches, focusing on improving your skills, using tools like personas, design principles and design reviews.
