Help revolutionize higher education by optimizing our new AI writing assistant for our target market!
As a product marketing intern, you will play an important role in bridging the gap between technology and practice. You will be part of the Research & Development team who are working hard on our Automated Feedback tool. This tool acts as a writing assistant to help students improve the quality of their work while saving teachers time.
You will be in a unique position to become an expert in the positioning of our AI tool with respect to the target market, by gaining a deep understanding of the target users, what their wants and needs are, what they are looking for and expecting when it comes to a tool such as ours. In this role, it is essential to have an interest in researching the valuable perspectives of the diverse set of users that we aim to serve, and combining those perspectives into a clear set of recommendations for the team.
1. Research market needs and expectations of both teachers and students(70% of your time):
2. Manage user-facing communication for our AI tools (20% of your time)
3. Provide input to improve our current processes(10% of your time)
Please note that this team and tool is growing rapidly, and your responsibilities are not set in stone. Your role will most likely develop over time and you can contribute to shaping it yourself!
