Pilot Success Internship

Getting to know everything about the Pilot stage and learning the ropes while doing it. As a pilot intern, you work together with the Partner Success team on all matters regarding the institutions that are currently in the pilot stage. You work with different partners and maintain relationships with different high-level stakeholders to get them to go from pilot to official partner. In this role it is essential you have a pro-active work approach, great communication skills and eager to learn all you can about our partners and our company.

Responsibilities (from high to low priority):

1. Pilot (85% of your time):

  • Organize and join the Bi-weekly calls and/or meetings
  • Responsible for the preparation and follow-ups and requests of the meeting
  • Institution satisfaction (staff, instructors and students)
  • Communicate relevant information to product and teacher relations team
  • Build relationships with contact persons
  • Assist in the onboarding process
  • Report on the Integration Status
  • Assist in the training of the team
  • Prepare and partake in mid-evaluation and final meeting with pilot institutions
  • Take the lead on the reporting
  • Work together with the Teacher Relations team to ensure high adoption
  • Available to give workshops at institutions or online

2. Assist in the organization of the inspiration day (10% of your time):

  • Responsible for the location, invites, and theme
  • Responsible for interesting speakers at the event

3. Provide knowledge and input on the Pilot strategy of FeedbackFruits (5% of your time)

Qualifications:

  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and passionate about improving higher education with technology
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are the first to follow up and love getting things done with your pro-active approach
  • Seek to learn more about managing different kinds of stakeholders
  • You get energy from being the communicator between teams, stakeholders and accounts
  • You seek constructive criticism and being direct and open with others
  • Student/recent graduate in business, political science or social sciences
  • Based in the Randstad
  • You have experience in customer service/customer management (pre)
  • Experience as part of an education providing or student organization (pre)
  • Have organized events before (pre)
