The Product Manager 3rd party portfolio is a role to actively participate in realizing the global Business Unit strategy and platform based solution roadmaps.
Your position
In your role as Product Manager 3rd party portfolio, you are the business responsible person for the successful use of 3rd party products, that we integrate into our solutions. These 3rd party products are modules and building blocks that we can integrate without development effort and are available as standard off the shelve. You own the 3rd party catalogue, the requirements that drive off the shelve usage, the supporting business cases and you are the driver of profitable integration of 3rd party products, over the entire life cycle of our solutions. Key starting points in your role are the market segment and solution roadmaps, that are prepared and prioritized by the market segment strategy teams.

The Product Manager is part of the Strategy and Marketing department of the Business Unit Warehouse Solutions. This team drives the end to end commercial development: with the translation of the Vanderlande strategy into segment strategies and market approach, as well as solution design and deployment. It drives marketing on the basis of our value propositions and ultimately steers the organization for commercial excellence.
Your profile
Vanderlande is the global market leader for value-added logistic process automation at airports, and in the parcel market. Vanderlande’s baggage handling systems move 4.2 billion pieces of luggage around the world per year. Its systems are active in 600 airports including 14 of the world’s top 20.
